ECL Builders and Decorators Ltd was formed in 1972 and is a small family owned business. The company has grown and developed year on year, successfully delivering a range of work from refurbishments, plumbing, heating, carpentry, decorating, flooring, roofing and drainage to maintenance repairs.

 

Our conception and aim is to provide a complete building and maintenance service for the local schools, housing associations, local authorities and residential and commercial customers. We will deliver competitive prices, quality work and customer satisfaction.
